Hi there, I am so glad you found me! I will start with telling you that I have always been fascinated about the anatomy of the human body and how it works. My love for body work and yoga grew through a variety of personal experiences when I was in my late teens and early twenties. My curiosity about physical anatomy and energy anatomy has led me to many great healers, personal growth and a few professional designations along the way!
My passion is to help women in mid-life regulate their nervous system, enhance abdominopelvic health and heal in an integrated and holistic way. As a Registered Massage Therapist since 2004 in Ontario Canada I have thrived in providing both therapeutic treatments to my clients and the body education that empowers them in dealing with chronic pain, stress and dysfunction.
Having started peri-menopause at 37 years old and fully going into menopause at the age of 41 I had so much trouble with emotional regulation, temperature regulation, belly fat, heightened digestive distress, increased mind-body stress, blood pressure changes, insomnia and weight gain so I feel ya!
I look forward to sharing both my professional education and personal experiences to support each of you amazing women in your peri-menopausal and menopausal years so you can live with more balance, peace and joy.

CLINICAL YOGA CLASS
These yoga classes are designed to improve digestive flow, nervous system function and the health of your pelvic floor. Through targeted asanas, breathwork and dynamic strengthening you can enhance the delicate digestive system that houses over 70% of your immune system which helps you fight disease and infection.
Additionally, as an aging woman your pelvic health and wellness cannot be ignored. This class will also target specific muscles for strengthening and relaxing the pelvic floor for optimal blood flow and nerve function. If you struggle with digestive or pelvic pain and or dysfunction then this class is for you!

CLINICAL YOGA CLASS
These yoga classes are designed to specifically target the function and motility of your digestive system. Chronic stress, age and hormone changes can negatively affect how you process food, absorb nutrients and eliminate.

Restorative Belly Yoga first guides your body through a variety of gentle and mindful movements (all done on the floor) to promote GI health, immune health and promote optimal mood states. The second half of the class will guide you through a Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) practice that is done in stillness. Yoga Nidra profoundly affects your brain waves, stress levels and digestive abilities. If you suffer from constant stress, lack of sleep, mood issues and or gut dysfunctions then this class is for you!
