Online Yoga Classes for Women

New Class Starts October 1st 2025

Join Jennifer Caldwell-Rossy for an hour every Wednesday to strengthen and stretch your spine, balance your mind-body connection and release common stress and tension patterns that are being held in your body. As a woman in her peri-menopausal or menopausal years it is imperative to target postural/spinal health and chronic stress so you can optimize the functioning of your nervous system and cardiorespiratory system, improve your bone health, balance your hormones and develop a stronger sense of proprioception and digestion. These areas of focus need regular and consistent attention as you age and I would love nothing more that to guide you in this beautiful practice each week!

Hi, I am Jennifer!

As a Registered Massage Therapist, Registered Yoga Teacher and Reiki Practitioner I am passionate about helping women in peri-menopause and menopause maximize their health and wellness.

As someone who started peri-menopause at 37 and became fully menopausal at 41, I truly understand the struggles that come with this phase of life. 

​

Through the practice of yoga I know first hand that you can restore a burnt out nervous system, recalibrate your strength and flexibility and rewire your brain so you can feel more confident, connected and centered in your every day life.
