The purpose of this DISCLAIMER & NOTICE is to make you conscious of the potential risks associated with participation in movement, healing and exercise programs. Jennifer Rossy, RMT RYT believes that you need to seek out proper medical advice and or physical examination by a licensed professional BEFORE undertaking any movement, health advice and or healing/wellness relaxation exercises from this website including; online video conferencing, written, video, course material and or audio instruction. Due to this request you fully assume any risk of ANY resulting injury.

Such injuries include but are not limited to;

           

            Muscle strains

            Ligament sprains

            Heart attack and/or stroke

            Bruising, cuts and soreness

            Skeletal injuries/broken bones

            Concussions
