Hello, my name is Jennifer Caldwell-Rossy and I am extremely passionate about holistic health and wellness. When I first began practicing yoga I was in my mid 20's and I was trying to deal with a severe anxiety disorder. Yoga helped me focus my mind and promote body awareness. 

I became a Registered Massage Therapist in 2003 and have been in therapeutic practice ever since. With a huge passion for women's health I furthered my education in a variety of holistic healing modalities. My personal experience with per-menopause and menopause has led me on a journey like no other. From stubborn weight gain, fluctuating hormones and mood to forgetfulness and emotional instability I gained the first hand experience in to this time of a woman's life.

I have been in menopause for 11 years now and I am only 52. Through yoga and mindfulness I reduce stress, promote healthy digestion, movement and flexibility. As a Registered Massage Therapist with over 2 decades of experience I hope to fill the gap of self care that is needed by most women in mid-life. I provide both customized and therapeutic yoga practices and postures that will meet you where you are at so you can feel more empowered and energetic in your life.
