I have worked with people suffering from chronic stress for over 2 decades as a Registered Massage Therapist, but it wasn't until I went through my own personal burnout journey, apathy towards life, insomnia, mood changes and rolling illnesses that I knew I HAD to take stronger action..... Action that would help me manage the overwhelming stress I had and was enduring... Action that would enable me to regulate and restore my nervous system so I could live with more balance and peace.... and now I can help you too!

Here is the thing, life is not going to magically stop being stressful, you can't just will yourself peace of mind and body, trust me I have tried. 

True balanced living and inner peace takes training like anything else. One small practice at a time changes your reality, and it does so through the lens of neuroscience, physiology, energetics and spirituality.
