This 60-minute online "LIVE" yoga class specifically addresses the muscular imbalances associated with rounded shoulders and head forward posture that most suffer with due to heavy computer use & desk jobs. With regular practice you can help reduce faulty posture, address chronic neck and back pain, reduce stress and enhance the health of your nervous system.

for Women Suffering with IBS

Most women suffer from a dysregulated nervous system due to decades of stress and not enough recovery time. The signs of a dysregulated nervous system include; irritability, short fuse, anxiety, emotional outbursts, excessive sleeping or not sleeping, digestive and bowel issues, lack of clarity, muscle tension etc. It is so incredibly important to include a regular recovery period for your mind and your body when you have been and or are dealing with ongoing/chronic stress.

This 60-minute online "LIVE" yoga class specifically promotes mind-body synergy and down regulation of your nervous system so you can "tap into" deeper healing and brain wave states. To finalize each class you will enjoy a sound bath with crystal bowls which will optimize cellular healing and regeneration. With regular practice you can help your nervous system adapt to and recover from the effects of chronic stress.

Your gut and brain communicate via the "gut brain axis". When you suffer with chronic and ongoing stress it literally affects your guts. It does so through another branch of your nervous system, known as your Enteric Nervous System. This part of your nervous system is entirely responsible for how you digest and eliminate your food.

Chronic stress leads to a lack of proper communication between your brain and your gut.
