even if you have suffered for decades!
A Healthy Gut is the Foundation to a Healthy Life!
The human gut includes a variety of organs, accessory organs and what is known as "your long tube". Within these areas of your body lies 70%-80% of your immune system (ability to fight disease and infection), the production of various neurotransmitters (that help with digestion, mood, cognition, feeling rewarded and motivated), your microbiota (which interacts with your nervous system) and the muscles that help move the food you eat for absorption of nutrients, vitamins and minerals.

So the importance of a well functioning gut is imperative to your overall health, metabolic processes, hormone health, vitality, sleep, daily energy, mood and more!

Leaky Gut
Leaky gut is also known as "increased intestinal permeability", where substances/bacteria/toxins that are intended to stay in the GI tract can leak into the body and bloodstream causing inflammation and other reactions.

SIBO
Small intestinal bacterial overgrowth is characterized by an overgrowth of bacteria in the small intestine that often causes gut pain, bloating, distention and cramping.

What is Your Mind-Body Connection
The mind-body connection refers to the interconnectedness between how you think, feel, and behave.
It is a two-way street where your mental state(s) can affect physical processes, and physical conditions can impact your mental state(s).
When it is understood that your mind and body are not separate entities but rather parts of you designed to work together as a whole system, then you can embrace a whole new way of approaching total physical health and well-being.
When you practice moving inwards with love, compassion, curiosity and a sense of really listening to your body.... it is amazing to discover what healing is possible.
Love & Light,
Jennifer
